With the end of January just around the corner the tax credits that are available to buyers will soon be coming to end. I know that most everyone already knows about these credits. Although I find it interesting that most people will end up putting off buying a home until right before they are about to miss out on the tax credit. It doesn’t make much sense as to why they would not start looking for a home now. If you are wanting to buy a home and take advantage of the great tax credit then don’t keep putting it off.
